This course is aimed at anyone involved in coaching others.

Definition of coaching: Coaching is about attaining your best performance through the individual and private assistance of someone who will challenge, stimulate and guide you to keep growing.

Coaching is not training. It is rather about helping people develop the necessary qualities with which to perform effectively. Coaching is done by people that are not only respected and admired for the application of their skills, but also for their ability to get the best out of others.

  • To communicate in such a way that clear understanding happens
  • To listen with empathy and clear understanding of what you are being told
  • To set up a coaching session for maximum impact
  • How to build rapport with the person being coached
  • How to assess a situation so as to adjust your coaching approach
  • How to provide constructive feedback to the person being coached
  • How to encourage and facilitate positive change and growth
